Mary-Jane Hayes has had the privilege of creating brand experiences for some of the world’s most iconic fashion brands. She has worked at a senior level for several Asia Pacific and European retailers, across categories from homeware to specialty retail.

With a clear understanding of how retail spaces can truly inspire and engage customers, Mary-Jane and her team transform retail environments through innovative design matched with sustainably sourced materials.
Allison Chant has built her career providing marketing and event management to a wide range of industries both in Australia and internationally. This experience has allowed her to build sound knowledge of the importance of balancing original design with practical solutions.
As a senior member of The Visual Society team, Allison brings a wealth of project management experience and understanding of how retail must meet the demands of customers.
Her role is to ensure that all visual design and integration is practical, functional and that it meets and exceeds our clients’ aspirations.
Deborah Minning has worked at a senior level in luxury design for some of the world’s leading brands such as Giorgio Armani and Ferrari and has designed interiors in the Crown Melbourne, the Oberoi Mumbai, Raffles Hotel Singapore and the China World Hotel Beijing. With an in-depth understanding and focus in sustainable design solutions, Deborah’s expertise ranges from conceptual design development through to implementation.
Lucy Sharbanee, through her love of art and design, brings innovative, contemporary concepts into brand-strengthening retail projects. Leveraging a background in fashion that encompasses graphic design & digital marketing, Lucy’s uniquely creative solutions address the opportunities brands face in the contemporary retail landscape.
